John came the first time to tune our system and train our operator Mr. Maddox.  Mr. Maddox worked with John to develop a plan to improve our system which was implemented over the following months.

We had these problem areas prior to working on our system:

• The system sounded pretty good in most areas of the sanctuary, but we had dead spots where the system simply did not cover well.
• We thought we needed headphones for our older members.
• We needed auxiliary speakers for our overflow areas.

After implementing the plan:

• The dead spots are gone.
• The older members can hear without headphones
• Worshipers in our fellowship hall (overflow) and nursery areas can hear the program
• And the system sounds really good!

John did an excellent job and we most definitely would recommend him to install or service any sound system.
